All our fish come from our backyard of the Baltic Sea, right off the coast of Estonia — a place known for its pristine nature, quiet forests, and clean sea air.

Fishing here isn’t just a job, it’s part of our culture.

Estonians have been casting nets and drying fish for generations, following age-old coastal traditions that keep the flavors simple and pure. Herring and sprats have been touted here as the healthiest snacks available, for human and pet, and we eat them for almost every holiday!

Fun fact: Estonia’s coastline stretches over 3,700 kilometers when you count all the islands — that’s a lot of good fishing spots!
